Breakfast and the location

The constant noise from the cleaning and furniture moving in the restaurant above. Even after calling the reception twice, the noise did not stop. Could not sleep the night. Tried mentioning the same during checkout time but the front office staff did not bother to listen.

"Satisfying and tranquil stay in the facility with clean and accessible beach front."

Excellent Sea facing room with ample space, all well organized, neat and clean decor. All modern day facilities are available along with anytime support from Hotel Staff. Good food in the restaurant and variety in breakfast.

Nothing specific but would like to mention, compared to room charges, restaurant food item prices are bit on the higher side.

Staff are not well trained.. We observe very small small things which are very important for the hotel like ITC group to improve. We ordered lunch in room there was no serving spoon no salt or bell pepper with salad. We ordered Tea but no spoon given to stir. While having breakfast staff are giving uncleaned glass from other table.

Everything from location, cleanliness, facilities to staff behaviour and service

The room provided was not the one shown in the pic though room size matched. The room provided was side sea facing instead of front sea facing shown here and the room size was for only one large bed but in the picture 2 beds are shown. Please show the correct room picture in future.

breakfast spread was very good with many options, delicious.

room service was not good, I waited for 45 mins for my rice order and didn't receive it , I had to cancel that order finally.

Just the location . Everything else was absolutely not up to the mark

The property is not ready to take guests in my opinion . There are 2 blocks both not connected with each other and the second block though has reception but that is of no use . The staff is clueless about things and it seems ITC has outsourced or given property on franchisee . Extremely mis managed
