"disappointing from a brand like ITC"

Location was good . Cleanliness was good.

Room service food and service, both were disappointing. the breakfast space is very cramped and service again is equally bad. my request for an uttappam was fulfilled after 20 minutes and three reminders to a very sour looking lady who kept telling me every time that it is being prepared. then finally a half cooked mini masala uttappam appeared with exactly pcs of onion and tomato for masala part the cinnamon rolls very salty and they didn't have cappuccino.

Location

Property overcharged me by 9000 rupees and took more than 6 hours to refund. Refund happened only after they were pressurised. Despite good service . Clean property this was a let down

"Puri getaway"

Loved the room interiors. We were given the sea facing room and it was beautiful 🤩. Had a great time at the pool. But the best part was the breakfast included in our stay package. Best South Indian cuisine in Puri. The tea and snacks after sea Aarti is an attraction in itself..

The size of the pool could be bigger.
