"Much below expectations from other ITC stay experiences. Not value for money at all."

The Durga Idol at the reception was very nicely placed giving Durga Puja vibes.

Very poor service at every step. Housekeeping was lousy. We had to call three times over 30 minutes for bags. Restaurant service was much delayed. Reluctant staff. Quality of food, fell short of expecations. We ordered a crab dish, the chef made something else, the waiter said sorry with humility, we were hungry and complied.
