Warm, spacious and exceptionally clean self contained annexe. Great location, with excellent local transport. Traditional and modern parts of town are both easily accessible.

Big large Beautiful place to stay, clean fresh value for money, bus stop right in front of house to town centre, complementary tea,coffee biscuits a special touch, Sarah in contact always to ask if there is any thing one needs , Highly recommend this place and will be back again, thank you for your care.

Very spacious and extremely clean. The location was perfect, right on the West Hill and less than 10minute walk to the old town and the beach. Kate is very friendly and made us feel really welcome

This was a lovely cozy nest to return to after an exhilarating exploration of a truly beautiful historic town. My leg muscles ache, but my heart muscle celebrates!. West hill is truly beautiful, we stayed at the apartment during a storm, the apartment offered a warm cozy retreat following an exciting exploration of the historic town; all the way across on foot to St Leonards. The apartment was fresh and inviting with lots of features of homeliness. Kate the host has created a great envoironment for summer or winter stays. I loved my mini break, including the exhilirating stormy weather on the outside of the wonderful snug private apartment. Stunning views are available the moment you step out onto the street looking out to the great vista of t he town one side, the wild and beautiful sea ahead and the coast beyond to Rye to the left. I also really appreciated a great book of local pub and restsurant menus and price for ideas of where to eat. Oh and an amazing powerful shower , a godsend after a 7 mile exploration of the fabulous town.. Almost forgot, lovely quality bedding, so lovely to sleep in such a comfortable bed with great linen Thankyou Kate! Xxx Ps the Funicular railway is so cool, and cheap to ride if you get dont fancy the journey on foot. It takes only minutes.

Maybe a tin opener, bottle opener and possibly a sharp vegetable knife. I know that its advertised as no kitchen , but i think these items may be useful to consider. Ps you should show the full size of your apartment. Photos on the site do not show the best attributes.

Quite a way out of town. So nice and quiet. Enjoyed the walk into town and a bus stop right outside with a regular bus service
