GBWe were in Barnstaple to visit family. The location was perfect just in walking distance. The cottage is really cosy with everything you need. I especially liked the very private garden. Do t be fooled by the busy entrance once you are in it’s lovely and peaceful
The entrance is a bit strange coming through the courtyard full of stuff. Having said that once behind the front door it’s lovely
CAWas such a cozy cottage, was close to town and everything we needed. Really comfy beds and a great shower!
The sofa wasn’t the comfiest, but it was good enough for what we needed Would’ve liked locks on the bathroom doors

GBVery clean and tidy - once the neighbours had gone to bed it was also very quiet. Had everything that was needed for a short stay. Shower was lovely and powerful and the beds were very comfy.
The shared courtyard with next door is very untidy with clutter everywhere on entering from the street. This looks to be the neighbours which can’t be helped. Felt a bit uncomfortable coming past their front doors every day. The property once you get in is very nice.
GBvery nicely decorated and furnished. Really good locatation and parking available around the corner for a good price
Only thing missing was a blind in the lounge above the sofa bed to keep the light out

in a odd place next door to a Indian restaurant so there was a lot of Indian food smell in the evenings, had to walk through a untidy courtyard to get to the cottage
