New stylish 4 bed house moments from Clacton beach

Clean and comfortable. Plenty of room and good facilities.

One bunk bed had an uncomfortable mattress and there was a lack of plug sockets in the bunk room.

Very nice house. Lots of space with 4 large bedrooms and comfortable beds. 2 full bathrooms and a downstairs toilet make this ideal for families. Great kitchen and living areas. Very close to the seafront and town center.

The door is on the side, and it was a little difficult to access when we arrived in the dark. A little better lighting would help.

The beds were very comfy and the property worked well with there being 6 adults and 3 children as well as a dog. Location was fab too.

We had to be careful when entering the side of the property as there is no light and there are 2 steps, so visibility at night was not good.

Fantastic property. Great location, bright, airy, well appointed, v clean. Beds comfy, lovely bathrooms. Loved it!

Very pedantic, would have liked different mirrors in the bedrooms. Couldn’t get the main TV to work (but didn’t ask for help).

Lovely and spacious, great location

It was VERY warm on arrival I think the thermostat was set too high so this made the first night very hot and a little uncomfortable. It did cool down in the end, also could do with some thicker curtains as the sun light woke us up very early.

Lovely spacious house. The location could not have been better. So near the beach and a very short walk to the pier etc Great size bedrooms. Great having plenty of toilets and 2 bathrooms.

The table in the kitchen was a bit high for children and there were only 6 chairs and there were 8 of us. Also the dustbin and recycling bins were completely full up so we had nowhere to put the rubbish when we left. The garden furniture had seen better days.

Location was great and had off street parking and a private enclosed garden for the dog

Wasn’t cleaned / lots of dust / needed curtains in the bedrooms / carpet came away on the stairs and was dangerous / furnishings were basic / garden furniture was old and falling apart / key got jammed in the lock and difficult to remove
