New stylish 4 bed house moments from Clacton beach

Communication with the homeowner was excellent. We were sent a detailed brochure about the house and things to do, which immensely helped to plan our trip. The location is perfect. The House is big, well maintained and well equipped.

Lovely house and perfect size for my family of 7. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and great location.

Location perfect, modern house very comfortable, garden big enough for the dog.

Garden needed some maintenance.

Instructions were very clear and the house was very spacious for all of us. The beds were very comfortable. The house was in a perfect location only a short walk from the pier.

The house lacked curtains. Each room had netting and very large windows. Whilst the view was nice enough, the light would come in very early in the morning making it hard to sleep.

Perfect location, nice property in a quiet area. Lovely furnishings and beautiful touches to make the stay comfortable.

Some blinds would have been good as the rooms were too bright at night with 3 children plus we pulled the tall weeds up so that it was safer for the children

The home was beatiful and so clean. There was the basics on arrival- tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk. also a bottle of wine and cake. The location was central. We did have a little problem accessing the property but i think this was a missed email and on phoning the owner directly they immediatly gave us the key pad pass number.

There was nothing to not like

Brand new house, spacious rooms, extremely clean inside, very close to the beach.

No blackout curtains, toaster was broken.
