3 BDR City Centre Penthouse

It was clean and comfortable. Spacious kitchen and living and great views.

There was no shops near by and the building was the side of busy roads. It was very dirty and unkept in the area. The common areas in the apartment were awful and the first impression wasnt good. However the apartment was good when you entered it.

Group of 6 friends stayed for 1 night for an event in the SSE Arena, which was a very short walk away, so convenient. Also only a short walk into the city centre. Very friendly people to deal with. And the apartment itself is gorgeous. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant , great location, great parking , very large apartment, lovely tray of treats .

Only slight thing would be if check out could be a little later . Slight hiccup thought we could check out at 11 , Cleaners turned up at 10 had a quickly wash and pack up.

The location is excellent for exploring the city on foot. The view from the balcony over the river and city scape and hills beyond. Comfortable, spacious apartment for 6 adults. Available, secure parking.

The shared bathroom was unfinished ? Plumbing for a bath. A dining table would have been handy, as there wasn't enough space around the central kitchen island for 6 people to sit for a meal. Laking a few kitchen utensils for 6 people. There was no shower gel in the showers. Some of the bedrooms lacked a few furniture items eg bedside tables, clothes hanging unit, mirrors in the bathrooms.

Location was great, just a 5 min walk over the bridge to Belfasts Cathedral Quarter. Apartment was big, beds were comfy and the bottle of wine and Taytos crisps were a nice touch!

Apartment could have been cleaner. There were crumbs on the table and floor when we arrived, as well as hand prints and smears on the glass doors and TV. The lack of mirrors in the bathrooms was a bit of an issue. One of the bathrooms also seemed to be unfinished with pipes ready to install a bath but no bath - perhaps the mirrors were also due to be added? As it is next to a busy road it was quite noisy, particularly at night time. We couldn't open the windows as traffic was too loud. There was a strong food smell throughout the whole building and in the apartment itself. Communication with the host could have been better. We chased on the day of arrival as hadn't received any details about accessing the property an hour before we were due to check in. We had also requested early check in and were told they would let us know the day before but we never received anything. We also had no info on check out such as where to leave the bins and the key which would have been useful.
