3 BDR City Centre Penthouse

Great location and views. Easy walk to city center, stores, and restaurants. Large modern space.

Apartment building with unkempt lobby. Listing says there is 24-hr security; there was an empty desk/reception area - not staffed. Very difficult to locate lockbox for keys to unit. Elevators (2) both not working all the time - long wait times. Unsupervised kids running around yelling in open spaces which echoed everywhere. Dark narrow low ceilinged hallway to unit. Some areas in unit needed maintenance attention (en-suite bath toilet coming away from wall; hall bath toilet wouldn’t stop running; dryer didn’t work initially; tv/broadband went out). Host responded to fix items, but was difficult to get hold of. After host responded, hall toilet continued to run. Noticed other renters of this property commented on problems with dryer and toilets - known issues not being adequately addressed.

It was really great location. Completely fine for short stay

The property is in the perfect location for a city break. Central location and perfect for walking into town, Titanic museum etc. The city views are spectacular.

Unfortunately being in the centre means it very noisy. Could also do with some black out blinds

More storage for clothes in the bedrooms. It would have been unsecured to have some drawers for clothes. Also, it took 3 days to get the WiFi working.

Sitting room nice

Luxury penthouse booked in Belfast centre last minute change by you to alternative accommodation 35 minutres away. House not adequate for our needs , back garden overgrown, we ordered penthouse no stairs for medical reasons this house had three flights of stairs . We required two bathrooms and got one.. no tea towels , no toiletries, no hair dryer so we had to buy one. Smoke alarm bleeped all night on last night but was too high to reach so a sleepless night was had by all. Dirty stained dining room carpet, These are issues we need addressing not withstanding the large difference in costs, We require compensation for all this and await to hear from you

Very good location, really easy to find and communication from the owner was fab.

Not as clean as would have liked. Again communicated with the owner to let them know and hopefully will be addressed with cleaners before further stays.

Location and intialy the apartentment seemed lovely

The host is awful. Hardly any response when contacted. One of the toilets was constantly running and the noise kept us awake both nights. It wasnt as clean as it couldvebeen. Hairs in bath tub , crumbs in surfaces , and a dirty kitchen scourer+sponge , when l told this to Kevin the host he replied " it isnt cost effective to provide clean ones for every guests stay" !! So we felt very let down by this

Location was amazing, great spaces, clean and tidy.

A little tricky to find. Middle bedroom bed was small and bit roll together. Weather was amazing so apartment was quite hot and when windows were open its very noisy from the main road outside. Otherwise everything was fabulous. Friendly and easy to reach host.

Location and layout of property

No tea towell, broken toilet continuously running, dirty towel, fridge not clean and no hanging area in one bedroom

we struggled a wee bit with finding our way in, where to park and find the keys, but a call to the owner sorted it for us :)
