The host let us in the property earlier the stated which was amazing, plus stay in a little bit later. The apartment is just fantastic and very modern. Close to the city you can walk in no problem.

A little more communication about arrival before arrival could have been helpful

Good location, and great view of Belfast

Both toilets were broken with one of the toilets constantly running water. All of the hand soup dispensers were empty and there was no tea towels or dish washer tablets. The apartment was lovely but there were a lot of DIY jobs that needed to be done. Cleanliness was good but again there was still a lot of areas like cupboard doors and drawers that needed to be given a good clean.

Toilet was broken staff were useless didn’t reply don’t answer the phone don’t mail you back to be honest for the money we were made feel quite uncomfortable
