"Very enjoyable."

Plenty of room for six people. Breakfast products were provided for us on arrival. Cottage well furnished with plenty of bedding towels, games etc.

Tebay village is very nice but lacks facilities. One pub but no shops.

"Altogether a comfortable, cosy house which we thoroughly enjoyed :) ."

Beds were very comfortable and the little sun room with a balcony gave lovely views of the hills. The room sizes were spacious and were well furnished. We were kindly provided with a complimentary breakfast basket of pastries, cereals, jams and milk.

Loose tiles on the kitchen floor.
