Cumbrian cottage, sleeps 6, in convenient location

Excellent accommodation with all the amenities and every little thing taken care of. Absolutely recommend this property for a visit to lake District and Yorkshire dales

Great cottage, very roomy. Beds very comfortable, everywhere was clean. Loved the balcony room just wish we'd been there in the daylight to see the view. So convenient to the motorway. We had a very good breakfast 2 minutes down the road at the truck stop.

Initial code for the key in the booking email wasn't correct but a quick call to the owner and all sorted

The property had everything you need for a family with dog to stay.

The upstair bathroom didn’t have a stand shower, but there was a shower down stairs next to the kitchen. It didn’t have a hair dryer too.

Really highly recommended place - we loved the cosy cottage, it had all the needed amenities - great kitchen, enough bathrooms, comfy beds. Really appreciated the breakfast basket too! Great location to explore the Lakes, and a superb local pub with super friendly staff and gorgeous pizzas. Amazing place for a group to stay, thanks so much!

We found a space for parking really easily the first night but second night it was ever so slightly trickier. And the water pressure at the upstairs shower was a bit low, but understandable in such an authentic place.

good location for our training course, warm and comfy house with lots of character. Nice breakfast basket on arrival made us feel welcome.
