"Very picturesque but not worth the price"

Great location and very pretty decor!

Making guests take their own rubbish out seemed very strange to me. The bins were not labelled very clearly. This does not seem like a reasonable task to ask paying guests to do when there are apparently paid cleaners. Not the cleanest property I’ve stayed at.

"Comfy, good communication"

Very easy to communicate with the owner, quick to respond to questions. Living room/ kitchen was comfy with a large settee we could all relax on

Due to its been closed to the centre there was some noisy people at night time. Just people been people, beyond owners control

"Perfect location, tired apartment."

The property is a stunning building, with lovely decor and is in a perfect central location, close to everything.

It needs freshened up, the property felt quite grubby, with dirty carpets, walls and showers. The hot water was also very difficult to get working, we had to have cold showers the majority of the time.

"Disgusting un clean"

Location

Apartment was so un clean filthy. It felt it hadn't been clean in mouths i took lots of photos and made a complete to the owners but I felt like they was bothered then I finely I got back to me with one apology but that wasn't good enough as we paid a lot of money for it and cleaning service charge. There was Broken crockery knife and fork drew was disgusting I didn't want to use them. The kitchen bins was filthy never seen a cloth there was dead flowers in black water in front room the dust was so thick I could right my name in it and I dont think the carpets seen a hover. We was all very disappointed i wanted to put all the photos i took but it would only let me share 4 i felt i should have least got part of money back and the service charge

"Concert Stay"

What a fantastic apartment. It was bright and airy. Location is fantastic for shops but quiet as well. We were at an event in the Motopoint arena and it was only 5 minutes walk, just brilliant. Contact from the host was great.
