Great staff/welcome and brilliant location

Could do with a better clean and the mattress was a bit cheap.

It was spacious and very clean. It was very well situated for local restaurants, cafes and shops and within easy walking distance of the city centre.

The beds were really not comfortable for those of us who like a soft mattress. The check-in procedure was very confusing and contacting the managing agents was very difficult and stressful.

The location made it very easy to go out to eat and to find shopping. The apartment was well furnished, and when we found a kettle was missing, one was delivered within a few hours.

The heating was operated by guesswork because the radiator and other controls were unfamiliar to us.

everything was perfect, great location, great house!! except small details to make it 10+

1. No hooks on toilets for towel or for jacket near entrance 2. Amount of outlets on kitchen counter was not matched with the appliances you have, and i need to repositioned and lifted the microwave so i could use it. 3. No double glaze windows, first it could be very loud in the morning of bin collection day, and extremely cold with high ceiling and single heater in huge livingroom

Good location.

The decor is quite weathered. in need of updating. it’s a shame aswell because this property could be excellent if it was looked after.

As it was an apartment there was no breakfast. But all the facilities in the apartment to make your own.
