Heart of Windsor 1 Minute walk from Windsor castle

No light apart from a little lamp. No heating apart from a tiny heater. Place was freezing. Only view was tk max. Bed was like a rock . This was nothing like the photos. It was bad. We had to look for somewhere else to stay and paid out more just to know we had a decent place to,sleep cause it wasn’t happening here. Booking.com have told me I would be getting a refund but the owner is still messing them around and it’s been 10 weeks!!!!!

Great location with a lovely little cafe below. Right next to all the shops and literally a minute from the castle.

Bed need a new mattress you can feel the springs through the top , also the windows let in a lot of noise at night with drunk people walking past

Location excellent, easy walk to castle, pubs, cafes and restaurants. Room is basic and comfortable. Host was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Convenient, had everything I needed, person I picked the keys up from (local shopkeeper) was extremely welcoming and friendly

Shower didnt work. I emailed host about this to let them know, after I had left the property. But I didnt receive any acknowledgment about this.

Location.

Washing hanging on curtain rails, junk left all over the place. Vacuum cleaner on kitchen floor. The shower is appalling and the water doesn't drain away. The place is not at all clean, broken glass in windows covered up with plastic film. Cobwebs in corners with resident spider. The heated towel rail is impossible to fathom out. The bed is spongy and uncomfortable.
