This was fabulously located, great value and comfortable place to stay - just what I needed for my trip! Really friendly host and convenient and flexible about check-in and check-out.

There were no mugs in the kitchen.

Location is amazing, it could not be beaten!!! It is central to the castle,shops,pubs,resteraunts galore! l stayed here with my 9-year-old son. It is a 2-minute walk from the bus to legoland, which runs frequently. The apartment is equipped with everything you need from cutlery,cups,glasses, and even a washing machine should you require it. The host was fantastic,always on hand to help in any way. He informed us about the local area. He runs a shop downstairs in which you can purchase breakfast, etc. Tesco is also a 2-minute walk away. The place was perfect of us,thanks, Hamid 

Friendly host / very good location / value for money

Central. And a very welcoming host!

While the space is clean and orderly, it is rough ,clearly a way to make a few extra pounds off the property. The quoted price was increased at the last minute and I realized that was because the ceremonial season at the castle was about to begin. .

Very basic but was clean we only needed it to sleep n shower in morning very small bathroom but it done the job ,very help lady and man in Rachel’s cafe very central to what we needed , 2 minutes walk to castle and was central to town

The apartment is used as a storage room for shop downstairs. No cups and saucer, glasses or mug. Only 250 paper cups. No coffee no tea no milk no amenities. Dirty wine glasses Broken shelf in shower. Half empty shampoo/conditioner/body wash laying around bathroom. Old and thread worn towels. No food/breakfast as shown on booking.com

The host was wonderful, kind, and very accommodating. The unit was small, but that's to be expected. There was a washing machine that was exactly what I needed. I hung my laundry on hangers on the clothes rack and positioned it beside the open window. Everything was dry by that evening. There was some kitchenware for preparing food and eating. Ceramic coffee mugs would be better than paper cups. Tea tastes awful in paper cups, IMHO. These things are points of information and small things that could be improved for a better experience. I am mobile and small, but the steps are a narrow spiral, so those with mobility issues take note.

The bed was not comfortable at all. The springs were quite pronounced. I solved the problem by folding the duvet and placing it under the fitted sheet. That helped a bit. I would recommend a new mattress. Note: I am a small person of average weight. This is not the hosts fault at all... I stayed on a Saturday night, and there was quite a bit of noise late at night directly under the window, until 3 am. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
