very easy walking distance to town and restaurants. There is an abundance of shops , not just high street stores but lots of little shops offering a wide variety of goods.

Beware if you are of a certain age, the stairs are very narrow and steep, a little daunting if you have knee or hip problems. The bathroom is also down stairs, this became a problem as my husband needs the bathroom a couple of times during the night, and with the stairs, quite a worrying experience. The front of the property needs some TLC , there are a loads of weeds and generally unkept and scruffy. There isn't anything in writing , saying where the parking is ! Finally the stair light isn't working , there is a motion night light at the top of the stairs, which isn't much use when you have to climb a dark stairwell to activate it. The window blind is broken in the lounge so we were unable to let natural light in .

It was very handy, clean and convenient mostly.

The stairs were a little dangerous for someone with limited mobility, and the bathroom was downstairs, so it' s an ideal property for a young couple.

The property was in prime location for the flower show as it was only a 5-10 minute walk. The beds were comfy to sleep in and lots of storage in the bedrooms. The house comes with a parking spot for one car so you don’t have to worry about parking however there is a car park near by. There was a fully functioning kitchen to be able to store food, cook and do laundry. The company left bin bags, washing up liquid, sponges and washing pods as well.

The stairs in the property are very steep and could do with a handle rail at the bottom due to the tight and steep incline. The main light at the top of the stairs didn’t work and the temporary lighting was delayed whilst walking past it and would turn off quite quick which meant there was no lighting whilst coming up the stairs. The bedding had black marks on it so it didn’t look like it had been washed properly. There was also no tea towels left in the kitchen to dry up after washing up.

Clean, modern and stylish. Ideally located close to the town centre.

Only minor thing was that there was only 3 coffee mugs between 4 of us, but it wasn’t a problem.

Expensive for such a simple flat. Good location. More waste paper baskets needed. Bathroom very slippery due to open sided shower in a small bathroom. Otherwise very pleasant but a bit over priced.
