The kitchen wasn’t equipped to cook meals The stair case was ok for us but this property unsuitable for children or people with mobility issues

Location, very clean and comfortable and has all you need for a short stay.

Stairs, steep with corner steps but has rail amd night lights so all that could be done to make it easier has been.

Location excellent. Great to have allocated car park.

Total absence of any user guides - need this for the hob, the central heating controls, the microwave, the television… had to phone the office and in the half hour it took them to ring back, we worked it out a few minutes before their call. Very hungry by then. Could also do with some visitor leaflets etc to recommend places to see and go to. Sofa very uncomfortable. On the plus side, office staff available even out of hours - good job as that’s when we needed to use the hob!

Dirty pan in the oven on arrival. Light did not work on the landing. Wet room when showering seemed to run everywhere

No breakfast provided. Location good.

Shower floods bathroom when in use. Stairs very steep. Agent did not respond to notification of two problems we found upon arrival.
