Friends and Families 3 Bedrooms at IOI Resort City

Floor is sticky. Utensils oily. Towels provided on the beds were both wet in the middle. Wondering didn't dry properly or recycle from previous guest?! Not able to connect to Netflix as ID/password not provided. Pillow is not pillow but just like cushion. Totally flat, you are exactly sleeping on the bed without pillow at all. Host/property owner did not give the exact direction on how to check in. Worst part is, property owner/host is lying/cheating/misleading as the actual location is NOT at the new wing inside IOI City mall but at CLIO 2!!! Please stop/do not book this place! Don't book this if you expect IOI City Mall just downstair. Host/property owner is not honest on the actual location. Don't book this if you expect not to walk at least 15 minutes under hot sun to IOI City Mall. Host/property owner is not honest on the actual location. Don't book this if you expect to save your parking fee at IOI City Mall. Host/property owner is not honest on the actual location. I am not able to cancel the booking as the host/property owner's trick only tell you the actual location one day before arrival. Please look at the pictures uploaded and posted in booking.com and the actual location. They still advertise on the wrong location as picture uploaded! Booking.com did not revert/update on my complaint sent one day earlier once I received the actual location of the property from the host/property owner.

Many rooms, comfort, clean, got washer and dryer machine

Location, it looks near to IOI city mall but not . Only 1 key so incomvenient for us going in not tbe same time

Extremely close proximity to the IOI Resort City Mall and KLIA, amenities like washing machine, hair dryer, iron, & a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, electric stove, toaster, electric kettle, kitchen utensils & fridge) and bedding for 5 people with towels and blankets for each were super convenient. The water heater in the showers were also easy to use. This homestay basically provided everything that a family needs. So super grateful for that.

I would say not much since it has all the important necessities covered.
