Great space. Comfy rooms. Good stock of equipment although we didn't use the kitchen or TV. Walking distance to the mall. Good to have washing facilities. Didn't see or use the pool although we booked it with the pool in mind. The staff were incredibly helpful with information on checking in and out.

Have to walk to the convenience store as nothing at the blocks (it was raining a lot). When booking grab/taxi it's worth noting that it's the Clio blocks (IOI Resort City also comes up at another location).
