The Midtown Cottage- w/ Private Entrance and Views

Nice room, patio was great. Hosts very thoughtful and helpful. Coffee machine and creamers supplied. Fridge and cookies 😁

Nearby freeway is noisy at night if you like to sleep with windows open. There is a ceiling fan but no aircon.

The private balcony was lovely and the space was very nice and clean. Parking was also easy.

My only issue was that when we arrived we could hear someone on the other side of our wall speaking very clearly. It made it seem a little less private. However after the first initial day we didn't hear anything at all.

This wonderful accommodation was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. We enjoyed the private entrance and the back deck was wonderful. It was very conveniently located to the freeway as well as to Santa Cruz restaurants and attractions.

The patio view was really nice, especially early in the morning 🌄

I was a little confused on entering the room, despite being given clear instructions. Not talking or meeting the host felt a little disconnected

Great communication with owner. Very private and in a nice neighborhood.

I loved the view and location.

Only negative thing was no air conditioning. It was very hot and congested in the room.

We loved the comfort of the king-sized bed, the power of the shower, the quietness of the room and the little extras that our hosts provided. We enjoyed playing ball with their dog, Hudson too.
