Modern 4-Bed Watford Flat - 20-min to London

It was very clean, tidy and well looked after.

Parking can be quite tricky, especially with a big/tall car. The smell from the fish shop next door can be unpleasant at the bottom of the stairs.

This property was very comfortable, quiet, and close enough to food to walk to. We were easily able to get an Uber to Harry Potter, and to Heathrow.

It’s a 10min walk to the shopping centre 15 min walk to the train station. 30 min from Luton airport. If your going to Harry Potter its ideal the bus leaves from the train station

It’s over a fish shop and it can smell a bit, they say quite time is 10pm but The place beside us had music on till 1 am . (Sat night )

Very clean and well presented. Clear communication throughout out stay. Big enough for our party. Great location to catch the shuttle bus to Harry Potter Studios and trains into London.

Plenty of space; nicely furnished.

Not located in a good area, situated above loud and busy stores and felt unsafe, with many watching any coming and going. Additionally, three construction workers working on roof right outside bedroom window. No AC (although info doesn’t claim to, so not a surprise) and loudness of nearby area kept windows closed and meant very warm conditions in August as heat rises - especially to the third floor which was unbearably warm and impossible to sleep. Had to find other suitable arrangement immediately for family and no refund offered.

Lack of mirrors! One in each bathroom but none throughout the flat, would really benefit from at least one in a bedroom.
