Spacious Leicester Apt with Free Parking, Sleeps 6

The beds were comfortable and the appartment was warm

The stairwell was unsafe and filthy making the flat not suitable to renting to families or females. Homeless people trying to access flats and hanging around outside. The TV didn't work well due to wifi. The free parking required a £25 deposit to a seperate bank account, which was not mentioned on the booking information. The accomadation was supposed to be up to 6 people but it didn't even have 6 mugs or bowls provided. The fridge was clean but really smelly, didn't want to put food in. Would expect basics such as a hairdryer and couple of dishwasher tablets to be able to use it. Pool table cues were broken. Most cupboard doors were not hung properly. Light bulbs not working in hall way and lamp. We were reluctant to stay a second night and only did because we slept well.

Great location, very central. The apartment is light and spacious and has a good layout.

The apartment could do with a good deep clean and needs some upkeep. A lot of the furniture is wonky/broken. and the kitchen ís equipped but could have more equipment to make it more comfortable.

Great apartment, clean and spacious with lovely decor and everything you need. Very central to city centre. Beds really comfy and rooms well set out.

Instructions were clear once I had my attention drawn to them.

Betten sehr bequem, Schöne Raumaufteilung, Wohnanlage sehr sicher, Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Gute Lage.

Wohnung nicht sauber, viele Dinge( Türen an den Küchenschränken, Billiardqueue, Toilettensitz,…) kaputt. Ein Fön wäre super gewesen.
