Zimmer sind extrem dunkel, keine lampen in wohnzimmer und schlafzimmer. Küche dehr gross aber halb leer. Die Dusche war eine katastrophe, fast kein Wasserdruck, konnte knapp das Schampoo aus den Haaren waschen. Bei den Waschbecken fliesst das Wasser nicht richtig ab da die Wanne schief ist.

Very clean apartment. Everything organised smoothly. No trouble with arrival and checking in. Everything explained simply and no surprises during the rest of my stay.

Since it's an apartment building you can't leave luggage at reception when you check-out. This is more of a reminder for travelers. I found a luggage storage in DC where I could ditch my bags while I wandered around before my flight that night.

The was not hot water

Location was perfect and the apartment was clean.

The apartment had no nice-to-haves, such as coffee or filters for the coffee machine and no washcloths in the bathroom. It was adequate but provided nothing “extra.”

Good location, about 5 min walk to Virginia Sq metro station, pretty quiet, and it was nice having a full kitchen. The multiple contracts & ID confirmation was a little much, but do-able. The apt has a strange smell, like years of smoke or pets. It was strong when you entered, but then you get used to it.

The experience was fantastic, highly recommended. A few things needs some maintenance, but overall, it was great staying there.

Stay was great. Great location. Near great restaurants and places to grab a bite and a beer.

Very conveniently located walking distance or train ride to all the main DC attractions

The toilet was so low, it was very uncomfortable and caused issues. Never seen such a low toilet before from any property I stayed out before. There should definitely be a warning for any potential disabled or folks w/ difficulty getting up and down low places or w/ balance issues.

Convenient

Dogs barking nonstop in early morning, one male owner brought spaniel dog out to walk and twice let the dog pee right outside the glass entry doors, within a few feet of where I stood. Needs new towels, towels very cheap and rough to touch.
