Prachtige ligging gelijk aan het strand

Om te beginnen de buitenkant leek wel een afbraak pand. Vieze voordeur die wel is geschilderd mag worden. Afgebrokkelde stenen.. Smeriger keuken gootsteen zo goor,en stonk,vieze badkamer. De haren can de vorige bewoner lagen er nog. In de keuken vet, vette glazen, vieze kopjes,vies bestek. Foto's komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Doorgezakte bank met een lap eroverheen. Buiten ipv bank kussens op de grond met een lap erover. Jacuzzi was ingezakt. en vol met schimmel.

The beach front location is outstanding with wonderful views of the beach and very central

The apartment could do with a little more TLC. There are one or two areas that need attention. The low sofas on the balcony are far too low to sit on. A new proper seat would be better and a more comfortable sofa in the lounge.
