great location, nice park near by. many places to grab a bite at, a little grocery store on the first floor in the building. Big apartment and really great host, apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The private roof terrace is huge and well equipped. Grill, jakuzzi, sundbeds, shower... you name it! we would definitely come back!

the couch is really uncomfortable and should be changed out. the beach is rocky in this area, we used some time to find a suitable entrance to the sea (not the apartment¨s fault but might be useful to know)

Good size. Great location . Good kitchen and bathrooms.

Property is tired. Lighting has a mind of its own. Inadequate heating out of season. Lovely in the summer. Not so good in the cooler months. Desperately needs some TLC.

The facilities and the location were very good. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms. The proximity to the beach and shops and restaurants is excellent and the sea view is stunning. The roof terrace was also a fantastic feature. It felt very homely. I would definitely like to return and for a much longer stay. The weather was mixed so having both the room and comfort was excellent.

Steep steps to access to apartment. Alot of work being done around the apartment and la Mata beach itself at the present time. But this means an upgrade of the facilities,by next year👍

Closes to the sea as it could be. Calm, tourist town with good restaurants nearby. In apartment were dishwasher, washing machine, jacuzzi. Two big bedrooms and one small. A huge terrace on the roof.

A few tiny inconveniences, but in general todo bien 😉

The person who was handing over the keys to the property was extremely helpful; on the day of our arrival, she (Gladys) even came to the middle of the town where we got stuck ( Semana Santa traffic) to help us navigate to the property. She was a real angel. The location of the property is superb! It's just on the beach; the view from the balcony is out of this world; you can watch the sunrise every single morning. The apartment is spacious and has got everything you need for a problem-free stay.

It’s a noisy flat because there are few restaurants right downstairs.
