Modern 3BR Duplex Apartment in Nyhavn w Private Balcony

This is a huge apartment!! They don’t list the half bath which makes a huge difference So 1full bath and another toilet

The dining room carpet was stained and dirty Pretty minor in the big picture But 9 instead of 10

Brilliant location, would definitely stay here again.

could do with better locks on bathroom doors

The property was completely unique, well equipped and in a great location.

There was a few broken items that were left around the property and maintenance needed on some shelves for example. But nothing serious to detract from the stay.

It was a lot more spacious than the photos made out and the location was excellent. The customer service team was very friendly.

There’s only one full bathroom (an extra toilet). The bathroom door didn’t shut properly let alone lock. The shower did not drain properly the whole time we were there (and there was only one shower, no bath). There was a pair of longjohns and a window bling lying on the floor when we arrived. And it took 45 mins to get into the property due to a missing key.

Location

Only one shower that is also broken and dirty . No proper lighting . Shower /toilet lock broken . Linen were all placed in a dirty room with vaccum cleaners and brooms . Need to repair shower for more lighting and plenty of space to create another bathroom with toilet and shower.

Very central location

It was advertised as having two bathrooms but there is only one. Bathroom did not drain properly, showerhead was not working well, no lights in the shower area, bathroom door was broken. The whole house slopes slightly which made some of us nauseous. It was so bad we moved out on the same day

Showers and facilities disgraceful

The location is amazing. Historical house in the most touristic place of Kopenhagen - Nyhaven. Great views from the windows at colorful houses. Very Nice design, newly renovated, . Spacious, stylish, comfortable. 4th floor with stairs.

In the bathroom the small rug was not clean . The door handle in bathroom was broken

Great location but as advertised it was expected to be.

More dated interior than the photographs led to believe. Wet and dirty shower mat left from previous guests and bathroom waste bin full of previous guests rubbish including feminine products. Shower water didn’t drain away, issue was reported but promised plumber didn’t show up so -then messages to management company were just ignored, presumably because we were checking out - 6 people unable to shower at a property of this cost is very poor.
