Modern 3BR Duplex Apartment in Nyhavn w Private Balcony

The location is in the middle of the most visited spot of Copenhagen but quiet at night. Good access to any part of the city. Lots of restaurants and cafes around.

The apartment 2as very nice but details were not taken care of. For example, the light inside the shower did not woork, and the shower curtain was not clean. Towels not great and no mat in the bathroom. Could use some more care

Should have atleast 2 fully operational bathrooms.

A large and very interesting apartment which was so well situated and very comfortable.Gives you the full Copenhagen experience with the age of the building and the decor etc.

Dishwasher door didn’t close so had to hand wash dishes and main bathroom shower mat hadn’t been changed and was used and dirty.But these were minor things compared to the overall comfort of the apartment.

****Warning**** This is a scam *** Don´t book this apartment*** Does not sleep 9 persons****Falsely advertised This apartment is advertised on Booking.com as 4 bedroom apartment, sleeping 9 persons. This is false. There are 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 persons maximum. We were on a family trip with 9 persons and had a serious issue. We had 3 people without a bed. There is supposed to be a sofa bed, but I could not find it in the apartment. We phoned the company Nest Collection, spend a considerable amount of time on the phone, but no one came to solve our issue. We were considering moving to a hotel. In the end, two children (10 + 12 years) ended up sleeping with their parents in bed and one other person slept on the sofa without bedsheets or bed linen. We also phoned Booking. Having paid €1900 (for 3 nights in december), perhaps they take responsibility. Unsuccessfully, as Booking.com points all responsibility to our host Nest Collection and they could not help us. Extra bed sheets were brought after 1 day (to cover the sofa and use bed cover). It is advertised on Booking.com with 2 walk in showers. There is 1 bathroom with 1 shower. The hot water runs out after 3 short showers. 6 people had cold showers every day, which is not nice in December. The locks of the door of the bathroom and the toilet do not work, so you cannot close either of these. Just to be aware (see photos) The apartment is also not super clean (see photos with food rests in locker). Booking.com suggested reaching out to the Nest Collection Team to reach an agreement for compensation. We try to reach an agreement with the owner Nest Collection. As of this date (Feb 18th 2024) no compensation has been paid by Nest Collection, after several inquiries and requests. The apartment looks nice. Location is amazing. It is for 6 persons. I hope you don´t run in trouble. You´ll be all by yourself solving it. Don´t count on any help. Not from Booking.com, not from the agency Nest Collection.
