Nothing to complain about. It’s comfortable. Fitted my family of 4 perfectly well. Parking right next to the property as well.

The hot water isn’t consistent. No shampoo/conditioner and body wash provided but that’s it. Everything else is good

Lovely and clean , comfy , everything you need for the week , great site spotless, right by beach just a step away , we will be back for longer next year 😁

The location was good, very close to the dune walk at Borth/Ynyslas Bed was comfy and clean

The bathroom smelt really strong of urine and the hallway smelt like sewage. It was quite bad and couldn't even use that bathroom. I expect it's the carpet in the bathroom that's been urinated on or something. It said on booking.com that there were games etc so didn't take anything for my daughter, there wasn't anything so that was a little disappointing.

Great caravan, immaculately clean on a beautiful site in a great location. The site is exceptionally maintained and a short walk from the beach

Absolutely nothing.. its was perfect

The position of the caravan park was excellent with just a short walk over the sand dunes to the beach. Additionally the caravan was very well equipped, very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Bathroom was dirty, bad smell in the bathroom we have to open windows.
