Very nice caravan, clean and equipped with everything what you need for your stay. Perfect location, with golf course next to and sea front accessible through sand dunes just opposite site. Good communication with the owner. Would come back again. Thank You

Great location ~ Beach on doorstep + Borth within 5mins driving....

Fires supplied to keep chill off caravan tripped electric when put on with kettle..... Note: ~ To turn electric back on switch is outside caravan in separate circuit board box #

"Great for a summer stay but not appropriate for colder weather"

Location is superb

The carbon monoxide dectetor was not working The gas fire - main source of heating - in living space was ineffective and did not fully work The heater in small bedroom was ineffective Heater in main bedroom had to be moved to other areas as needed Oven not working properly - took 45 minutes to warm up a pizza!
