Location.. Beautiful area. Quiet site.. Very clean am just right for two with our 2 dogs.. Lobed the huge beaches.. Ezcellent value.. End of August stay

Carpet and upholstery in caravan dated. Needs vinyl throughout. Oven door broken so food not cooked properly. No decent knives or bakeware

Everything was fine. Super. Nice place, good location. Very good for holiday with our dog. We were happy to spend time in this place.

Looks like issues with shower still present. Not able to adjust correct temperature. Running hot and straight away cold. My son has had burnned his skin and shock. No towels. No Wi-Fi.

The location is fantastic for walking around the beach and estuary. The site facilities were good for coffee and the breakfast in the Bistro looked good. Borth is lovely and we have some fab trips in the area.

This isn't a self catering place. The oven was broken. We reported it on arrival and had positive responses but it didn't get fixed. Even if it had there were few utensils, no tea cloths or oven gloves. You'll also need to take decent knives and scissors. We had to buy all of the above. The hot water comes and goes which is OK for washing up and showering if you monitor the 1 minute hot, 2 minute cold pattern. The mattresses were OK but if you don't like springs this isn't a place for you. There isn't a welcome booklet so finding the general bins took a few days. The sofas are OK but a steam clean would be welcome. There isn't any usable WiFi. The site as a whole has some but, as with all such arrangements it doesn't work. You need to use your own mobile data. The caravan also had a lot of chemical airfresheners which were over powering and not needed given all the lovely fresh Welsh air.

Comfortable beds, clean bedding, location is great walking distance to the dunes

Hopefully the owner will fix the boiler as it seems from previous reviews it's been an ongoing issue, water either hot or cold and on the last day of the holiday boiler broke so had no hot water at all.

The caravan was lovely, slightly outdated but that's what we expected from the pictures and generally as it's common of caravans. It was spacious and the holiday park was quiet so we were never disturbed. The decking was lovely at night and in the morning for relaxing and the accomodation had everything we needed. It's about 20mins from Aberystwyth and 5mins down from Borth so slightly out the way but again we knew this before booking so wasn't an issue. We loved our stay and would recommend and stay here again!

We had a little trouble at first with not receiving the check in information from the hosts and had to call them for access but they responded quickly and we were in within 10mins of arriving. Word of warning - the man on reception at the park is very rude and aggressive, avoid going to reception to avoid tainting the beginning of your holiday as they have nothing to do with the people letting the caravan :)

Nice and spacious with good decking. Clean all round . Large fridge nice and cold. Plenty of plug sockets . Nice tv

A little worn in places due to age of van and so I felt £539 was a little expensive considering that. It was cold when we stayed and no central heating in van. Radiator and heater supplied but this seemed to trip the electric fuse box when both on with lights and a phone charger were on. Very muddy and boggy outside the van which is then difficult to keep off the caravan carpets

Good location, I wish we could stay a little longer. A peaceful place in the late season. Good equipment. Beautiful nature around.
