98Lemmington by the beach Ynyslas, Borth

The caravan was fantastic it had everything for our families needs and had all you need for a very pleasant stay. The site was lovely it was peaceful and quiet .The owner was very understanding with our circumstances and let us stay for the extra few hours we needed to enable us to get back home from borth because of problems with our travel back which was fantastic it helped us out alot. (Thank you) The location for a stunning beach in close proximity was superb

The lack of entertainment. The shop on site didnt have alot to offer. The transport links - for a family who dont drive the distance with luggage and links to amenities wasnt good .

Me, my friend and our 2 children, both aged 4, stayed here for 4 nights. The location is absolutely beautiful, really quiet and serene. The beach opposite is simply stunning and we saw the sunset one evening which was lovely. The bistro on site is great and very reasonably priced, kids eat for a £1 in the holidays too! Drinks very reasonable compared to many places. The kids enjoyed playing on the park too and seeing the horses in the field opposite. Caravan was lovely and clean, spacious and homely. Owners are quick to respond to messages and have great communication. We had a really nice time at a very good price and would definitely stay again!!

The only things I would mention are the shower in the caravan was difficult to control the temperature, it kept going either really hot or freezing cold. Also the kitchen didn't have certain things like a chopping board, wooden spoons, colander, scissors, cheese grater. We managed ok but just expected those things to be there really. However not massive problems and they wouldn't stop us from staying there again!

Lovely quiet site to be able to come away and relax. Great Bistro on site and launderette facilities. My children loved to visit the horses in the nearby field and can access the sandy beach opposite the site.

Nothing - no entertainment on site but that didn't bother us.

Lovely garden chairs outside to relax on a nice day. The bed was very comfortable. Having an en-suite in the bedroom was something I’ve never had in a caravan before that was great. Caravan overall was spacious. Very inviting and comfortable. Also in a great location for the beach and nearby walks.

Just a recommendation: Towels weren’t provided which is fine as we brought some but in the description, it could state that they are not provided. Other than that, no comments.

The property is clean and surpasses our expectation, it’s located 5 min walk to the beach. Very serene and the location network coverage for EE subscribers is 5G. Moreover, the host is friendly and accommodating.
