There were fleas all over the entire living room, biting us, literally even walking through the living room to the bedrooms and we would have fleas on us… they ignored my messages about the situation! I never experienced this before

No fan, No water after 22:00 o‘clk. you can’t use toilet due to no water for flush. Contact person also not respond and give proper instructions wrong code was given. It took 5 hours to check in due to improper instructions and bad communication.
