GBGBGBGreat location, good information from the hosts, and very clean. The 2 main ensuite bathrooms were spacious.
This apartment should be advertised for a maximum of 4 people. A new sofa that comfortably seats 4 should replace the tiny 2 seater sofa bed. We were only a group of 3, and we couldn't sit and relax in the living room as only 2 seats were available. One of our group tried to sleep on the sofa bed, but it was incredibly uncomfortable, no blinds to block out the light in the room and a noisy fridge freezer.

Lack of water pressure in both showers. Ran too hot and then cold. Take your own hairdryer as one is not provided to use. I made the kids breakfast, and there was nowhere for them to sit and eat. Otherwise, it was clean and lovely. Nice and quiet and comfortable. .

GBIt was very close to the town and seafront. You can walk to them both within 20 mins. I was there to do the Great South Run, it was cancelled but we had a lovely time in Portsmouth anyway. The apartment was lovely, easy to find, very quiet & just right for the 3 of us. It was clean and very well equipped. I would definitely recommend this place.
The sensor light in the hallway was handy, also the night light in the bathroom. Built in the roof but it’s a very quirky little apartment.

Parking is a bit of a lottery as you park on the street with all other residents of the area on a first-in basis. An information pack showing location of local shops, eateries (maybe recommendations) etc would be useful.
GBComfortable beds
The 2 flights of stairs up to the flat weren’t clear in the description so was a real struggle for my disabled sister and ended up not staying the second night that we booked due to this. The tiny couch couldn’t fit 3 of us on there in any comfort where there’s more than enough space to have a normal sized couch. The tiny showers weren’t suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
NZthere was no mention of stairs. Although there was sleeping for four people, there was only a two seater couch
