GBShower was not good.
GBWe were disappointed by this stay as it was not "luxury" as it is advertised. Only 1 out of the 3 rooms to sleep in had any or closable blinds and the hallway light appeared to be on a timer to switch on/off every 5 minutes making it impossible to get much sleep. There was a strong smell of cannabis lingering in the flat, which appears to be from inside the building as this was still present with all windows shut. The showers are very temperamental, only able to use one at a time, and it then only stays hot for a short period of time. Did reach out to the host to make them aware of these issues, but my message was read and ignored, which was disappointing after the high price we had paid for a night stay here. Wouldn't recommend it.

If I was going to be very picky, the showers weren’t very powerful. But that is normal for properties like this, due to pumps, water pressure etc. As I say, I’m being picky
GBLocation was great with parking and good size bedrooms, nicely decorated.
The sensor light in the hall continues to go on and off through the day/night - can see it through the bedroom door at night. The TV connection wasn't great and kept lagging. There is no running hot water in the apartment. The shower in one of the en suites can't be used as water goes from scorching hot to ice cold. The beds are quite uncomfortable - can feel the springs in the mattresses.
GBGBGood sized rooms and great that they were both en suite. Parking was easy, clear and excellent. Location to southsea town centre was good - 15 minute walk.
The TV did not work, we think it may have just been the batteries in the remote, but it needs a mini screwdriver to open it and we didn't have any new batteries on us so we gave up trying to make it work. Annoying but not devastating. In addition, the black 'heaters' on the walls are impossible to make work. There were electric heaters so we were definitely not cold, but it was odd that they were there but not usable. As a last point we found it comfortable but not the stated 'Luxury'. Good for the low price, so you get what you pay for.
