Stairs were a challenge but not too bad
DEGBNicely appointed small flat, ideal for us for 1 night for a wedding. 2 nice bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. Tea, coffee and sugar provided as well as some cupboard basics although we brought our own just in case. The large fans for the bedrooms were welcome in the heat. Parking permits provided for free for both our cars.
No hot water in the kitchen when we were there but he has agreed to check that out. We just used boiled water from the kettle for washing up. Bedding provided for 5th person on the sofa bed but no covers on linen. Also 5th person had to use one of the en-suite bathrooms.

Not even bad but how steep the stairs were to get to the apartment right at the top
GBDealing with the property owner was SO easy from start to finish. Communicative, accommodating, nothing was too much trouble from arranging additional parking to being given access to the accommodation to meet our timings- can’t speak highly enough about how stress free the organising element of our stay was. There are two spacious double rooms both at the property with a separate en-suite bathrooms in each room, as well as a comfortable easy to set up sofa bed. The property was modern, clean, well equipped, great location close to Gunwharf Quays- it’s a gem of a find if you don’t want to stay in a hotel and be separate from your friends, it was a nice social space.
We struggled to get the shower ‘hot’ hot but that’s me looking for a negative thing to say! The place was perfect for that we needed it for.

GBThe host seemed really friendly in pre-arrival comms so I was really disappointed with the experience.
Unfortunately I didn't spot it before booking but there are 2 serious problems with this flat. They are obviously known problems as the same comments appear in many reviews. 1. The showers do not work. They look like new electric showers but you can only run one at a time and it will alternate between scalding hot or freezing. The owners obviously know about this as it appears in many reviews but nothing is done. This is a major problem if staying on your own, but even worse when there are 5 of you wanting to get showered. Had to use friends bathroom that we were visiting. Really unhappy about this. 2. The rooms have poorly fitting or no blinds. This means you are awake at whatever time the sun comes up.
