Smell in bathroom Lots of stairs to get to the top floor

Location

Stairs to property were really steep. Heater in lounge not working, heater in one of the bedrooms not working, shower was cold.

It was clean and well decorated

Large space and good facilities

We are in second floor so need to bring our suitcases up in a narrow steep stairs

Location was ok except the beach is closed until 2026. I wouldn’t of booked Southsea if I had known

The sitting room was small. No table for eating at, when you have a four year old a table is useful. The sofa was very uncomfortable and not big enough for four people to sit on at once let alone five which the property is advertised for. Not a suitable property for children in my opinion.

Apartment was clean and had all the necessary equipment Bathrooms were neat clean with plenty of hot water.

The front door is difficult to open, the door closer needs adjusting, as in an emergency it would be difficult to escape quickly. The beds are far too soft when the person sharing the bed rolls over during the night you feel like your on a boat! Light switch in kitchen wouldn't pass building regs it's too high being mounted on the ceiling, needs yo be moved so it is accessible for all. An additional fan would be good for person on the sofa bed.

dirty and inappropriate location

Large TV and comfy beds. Nicely presented

Back garden was unsafe. Glass on the floor, broken tiles, tree stumps growing through and unsafe leaning brick wall. Needs addressing it's the only thing that let's the property down
