We arrived straight from out flight having been sent the pin and upon arrival it didnt work couldn't get hold of thr host and resulted in booking.com cancelling this property and refunding us. Still haven't returned security deposit do not book this place

"Good location for access to motorway, central Belfast and university area"

The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The lounge area and kitchen were well appointed and equipped

The rear ‘garden’ was a mess and on street parking was restricted. Quite a few stains on the carpets.

This is not the picture of the actual property we stayed in, as once we got go Belfast I had a message saying they needed to move us as this property wasn’t available, no explanation but new address provided, but all worked out perfectly as had more bathrooms.

"Fab stay for a small group, will be booking again."

The property was in a great area with lots of local restaurants, coffee shops and stores. The beds had clean bedsheets and towels for us on arrival and self check in was so easy and convenient !

"Live like a (Middle Class) local."

Clean, spacious everything we needed. It was in Belfast enough to feel like we were living like a local but not so we felt unsafe! Loads of food places and local shops nearby.. Walkable to city centre. Free parking everywhere. Nice view down Tate Avenue and to Divis Mountain.

Area suffers a little with litter but not the owners fault!
