The apartment was decorated so cute! It was clean and had everything I needed to be comfortable. I loved that it was walking distance to the park and the botanical gardens! Coffee, shops, and restaurants nearby. The host was communicative and ensured my stay was amazing.

It wasn’t the quietest place to stay but it IS in the city!

"Charming basement apartment with all you need"

Coziness of the basement apartment was great. Modernized older home was much appreciated. Limited space only allows for limited upgrades and they were done well. Loved the tiled bathroom.

Refrigerator was small but space was limited

All the space is very clean and cozy, it has all you need and it is very good located in the heart of Denver, a completely gem! Angela is very kind and you can see that she takes care so much about the guests. Our experience was super positive and we hope to visit again 🤗

"Convenient location, beautiful place!"

Angela is an excellent host and was truly accommodating with prompt/thorough communication throughout our stay. First, location is convenient, closely located to Denver Botanic Gardens and about an 8-10 minute drive to downtown Denver. Secondly, the place itself is very clean, comfortable, and quiet. My partner and I were very happy with our choice in staying here.

Location was great, walkable to many places i wanted to go to. Nice bathroom and living room. Reasonably quiet area.

I personally prefer a softer bed.

I enjoyed the personal service provided by the hist: welcoming; reliable; intellifent; empathetic to business needs; considerate and very reliable. I was made to feel very welcoming and will be back. Quality toiletries! All basics there to cook with.

The cold weather lol. Nothing else.
