El lugar esta muy padre, muy bien ubicado y decoración todo eso muy bien

El personal es amable sin embargo nadie nos atendió en la alberca y se supone que daban atención de 12 a 6pm y nadie fue a atendernos, la alberca helada, cascos de cerveza en el pasto frente al chalet, tu tienes que llevar tus maletas a la habitación, no servía la tina y la regadera salía casi nada de agua

Contrate cuarto para tres adultos y me dieron dos camas matrimoniales, a pesar de solicitar cama extra para la 3a persona, no me la dieron tuve que contratar la suite pagando extra 3500 pesos más

La ubicación, muy cercana a SMA

Elegimos 2 habitaciones. Por ser un hotel premium: en una de las habitaciones la cisterna del Wc dejó de funcionar. En ambas, el agua caliente no salia suficientemente caliente por la mañana.
