Really nice room and nice facilities

- I got a room here specifically because I wanted to swim and when we arrive the staff told us that we can’t swim because there was going to be a private event and we can’t use it. And we can only use it next day at 10:00. The check-out was at 11:00. Please specify that the swimming pool will not be available! - I paid a little extra to have the option of “don’t pay now, pay when you arrive” and a few days before the hotel texted me saying “you must pay this amount of money now”, and they send you the bank account information (really informal). After calling a lot of times, saying that 1- booking.com says not to pay things out side of the website or when you are in the hotels (why were you trying to force me to pay?) 2- I paid some extra money so I can pay there and you text me “it doesn’t matter, send us the money to this bank account”

The first room I booked hasn't AC (I didn't know that), I paid for another room with AC, btw... the AC doesn't work... the room was heat, they sent a person to "fixed it", the people knew that the AC isn't work good in the rooms... they didn't give me back my money that I paid for a room with AC that isn't work... they just gave me a vain and fake apology. They told me that gonna contact me... I am awaiting! (sigo esperando!)

The restaurant didn’t have half the menu, the waiter couldn’t explain even one dish.. some of the staff said different rules than the other staff, so they kept contradicting each other. There was a big party near the hotel so we could hear all the music at the fireplace area. At the end they called me 20 minutes after I did the check out to tell me that I stole the bathrobe of the room which for me it was really disrespectful, they should analyze their staff before judging guests! I never received an apology for what they said to me, so I wouldn’t recommend this place overall we had a bad experience!
