Beachfront U.S. Embassy Family Retreat.

We stayed here for a special family occasion and needed somewhere reliable and convenient. The apartment met all our expectations and made the trip more enjoyable.

Super linis, maayos yung room.

Walang basurahan sa cr lang and nawawalan ng wifi

We arrived much earlier than expected because our bus reached Manila ahead of schedule. Luckily, the host responded quickly and helped us coordinate everything. The rest of the stay was smooth and comfortable.

Clean as can be.

Room was generally uncomfortable and in bad repair. 1 bedroom apartment with living area converted to second bedroom. Sliding doors were broken and could not be closed. This was more a poor airbnb than hotel. I left after first night and moved to bed hotel.

Only the location was good

The Host never responds to messages We had 2 towels for 3 people, after 3 days had to pay for clean towels They didn’t even have one coffee cup, no cutlery at all. Called the host for a knife which she provided the next day around mid day so we could cut our fruits Room wasn’t cleaned in 7 days Offered late check out at 500 pesos per hour No tv in the apartment. Nowhere for everyone to sit together. It looks like it’s a one bedroom apartment with the lounge changed to a bedroom Avoid this place unless you are desperate

We checked in after spending most of the afternoon shopping nearby, so having a comfortable place to rest afterward was perfect. The unit felt clean, cool, and very relaxing

We arrived in Manila during an especially hot afternoon, so stepping into a cool and clean unit felt amazing. After unpacking, we rested for a while and ended up sleeping much better than expected.

It was close to where I need to go especially the parks and museums

There were small cockroaches but overall it was good

We arrived in Manila exhausted after a delayed flight, and honestly just wanted a smooth check-in and a good night’s sleep. Thankfully, everything was prepared clearly in advance, and the room was cool and spotless when we arrived. It immediately helped us relax

Nothing did not end up staying

Front staff and security officer tried to extort 300 pesos from me to hold my one suitcase until check in. I was told by other staff that was not the hotels policy. They had no manager on duty supposedly and would not even give me their name. I am disputing the charge with them and refuse to pay. This place is a dump dont ever stay here they are crooked and a waste of time.
