LAM Modern Art Apartment - AC - Free parking

Phenomenal hosts! Apartment in a quiet area with all the necessary facilities. The location is excellent. The instructions for entering the apartment and the garage are written in detail.

Comfortable bed. Parking. Nice apartment. Good location.

All of the comments say that 1 toilet paper roll is not enough and apparently they just keep ignoring that (fortunately I brought another one with me). The floor is too loud.

Its a bonus to have free parking, specially its near the center. The apartment is huge and clean, i can imagine spending here longer would be nice. We spent only 1 night

If you have a car its really a challenging adventure to get first the keys from a box, go inside the apartment, take the remote for the parking, go out again and go to the parking then park your car. and vice versa on the time when you will checkout. So im a bit lucky that i have my husband there who can wait outside, else if alone you may wanna risk paying or not paying for street parking while you do all these. All instructions are carefully detailed with step by step procedure including the pin codes for the box, for the apartment and for the parking 😆 It was like playing in an Escape Room and you need to make sure you are following everything correctly and in proper sequence! It was my fault as I didnt carefully read the checkin and checkout timings, and i find it rather a much shorter stay allowed than usual. Im used to checkin at least at 14:00 and checkout at 12:00. But here they say checkin at 15:00 and checkout at 10:00, and officially youre not also allowed to park earlier or later. After a long negotiation we were allowed to checkin at 2pm, but of course after the Escape Room challenge for the keys and parking etc we were finally able to get in at 14:32! Overall it was a nice stay, but i would say for all this hassle on checking in and out, a longer stay like at least 3nights would make more sense!

Old building / stairs / environment in "questionable" state Restaurant nearby (smell, noises, etc.) - matter of preference, some could consider this an advantage Instructions clearly stated to use elevator, but I've used stairs, no light, no warning, probably the water was there for a short time, but I've almost broke my leg, I was not aware of it, shoes and jeans completely wet, dirty and smelly because of the state of stairs (not managed by LAM) on my 1st day of arrival. :/

The Internet is not working, it is too complicated to enter the apartment.

Very unusual and interesting apartment, the mezzanine, furniture, accessories are nice. There was some quest with occupancy, but they provide pretty good instructions, so it was even interesting. Quiet, but close to the center. Cool lamp with a monkey, a well-equipped kitchen.

Creaky parquet, a faucet and a shower head need some maintenance. 3 spiders ( I hope this is just a preparation for Halloween) Parking is a garage slot in the cooperative, skoda kodiaq got there with a difficulty, higher or wider car just won't get in there. The garage lock jammed, I'm sorry if it's me who broke it.
