LAM Modern Art Apartment - AC - Free parking

The location is very near to the city entrance and within comfortable walking distance to the city center. It was easy to get the keys. The check-in process is a bit long but we didn't found any issues. The furniture and decoration in the apartment was very good looking and fresh. Beds were very comfortable. The could use the parking without any issues, as our car is rather small. All instructions were clear and the host responds fast.

The building is a bit old. The floor is bit noisy. Attention: If you need the private parking spot provided, make sure you vehicle is not big. My car wasn't, so it was not a problem at all for us, but the garage is rather small and short, still, we've used it and had no issues at all. We felt the shower was a bit tricky to use, as it was very easy to soak the room. Also, you can hear the surroundings a lot. The neighbors were quiet during our stay, but we could hear a lot still. There was only one toilet paper roll and we felt it wasn't enough. Those were not big deals to us, we still recommend.

The apartment is well renovated and designed, everything was clean and the self-check in instructions were easy to follow. We loved the location, close to good restaurants, coffee spots and city centre. Definitely a stand out if you're looking for a central place to stay with parking available.

Small things like tv remote not working, no extra toilet paper and the garage lock being a bit fiddly. You also only get one chip to enter the building which is too little when there's 4 people staying.

not comfortable process of car parking especially when its raining and windy. as you need to go to the apartment for the special phone and then move all bags under rain through the street to the apartment

The check-in procedure was annoying, I felt like as a contestant in the Amazing Race episode, of course, this is my opinion, I think I have the right to write this .

Such a stylish apartment that every detail has been thought out.
