Location. Clean, modern feel to the property.

The apartment is located in the centre of como. Just outside the apartment a few meters walk will take you to the main square. It's clean and with all facilities. Bus station is just a 5 minutes walk .and lake is also a 5 minute walk from the appartment. Bus no.2 will take u to appartment from san Giovanni como station. Good food (cafe) options near by. The grocery store is just 5 mins away.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and as it's old town they don't have a lift. The staircase is a bit difficult to climb with luggage

It was very very clean, and the location was very central at a few steps from the church in the center of Como

Unfortunately in the bathroom there was a lot of mold on the ceiling

The guys managing location were very nice and friendly and communication was perfect. Location very Central 5 mins to all important location

Nothing

It’s 4th floor, with heavy suitcase it was almost impossible to climb . Upon arrival we found out super dirty flat full of dust, hair and fungus in the bathroom. The host could not help us since it was 6pm and their working day finished . We had to find last minute accommodation ourselves and left flat . Definitely the worst ever experience!

The location is good. It was warm. The bed was good and in general the place is nice.

Despite we booked for three people, there was no bed sheet for the third one. Though they have brought it when we requested. The socket in the small bathroom is not designed for the fan placed there. The sofa could be cleaner.
