Location is amazing, 5 minutes walk to the boat port, 15 minute walk to the train station. Very quiet area and bang in the middle of shopping area. It’s clean, comfortable and perfect

The location was great, spacious apartment, comfortable bathroom.

If you stay there you need to consider that balcony is not isolated, meaning other people can get there as well. The balcony is located right in the front of a different apartment so other people are looking directly at you. The water pressure was low. It was hard to get to the 4th floor with your suitcases. All sockets (power outlets) are incompatible with regular EU plugs, so we couldn't charge our phones or use an iron or hair dryer.

Location, having kitchen and washing machine a bonus!

Would have loved a clothes dry rack as washing was spread over veranda/ balcony.

Perfect location. Not sure if you can beat it really. Very central to all the squares, bars and restaurants. Therefore a great stay. Be mindful of the three flights of stairs going up to the apartment so do your research. We knew this so wasn’t a problem for us. The apartment was very clean and tidy with all the facilities you need. A large fridge too. All in all a great stay here.

The stairs haha but we knew about this anyways. So it’s not really a dislike.

Felt new and everything was in good condition. Responsive from the admin and very thorough in his message.

it’s on the 3rd floor.. it’s a struggle to carry luggage up the stairs!

Great location and comfortable for two people.

Could have done with a couple more towels and supplying swimming towels would be a nice touch. The shower needs somewhere to put soap, shampoo etc. Leaving a bottle of water in the fridge would be a welcome touch. we arrived in the evening and there wasn’t even enough toilet roll to last until morning! More drawer space in the bedroom would be nice. We moved on to Torino from Como staying in a very similar apartment but this one had lots of little extras to give an overall feeling of generosity, eg toiletries in bathroom, tea, coffee & sugar, bottle of water, bag of Torcetti etc. These little touches make a good apartment great for very little cost.

The location is excellent. Very quiet from the city noise and very close to Como Lake. Very precise and detailed information for an easy check-in, 4 days prior to arriving day

The bathroom had a 50% working shower The smallest possible sink Not enough shower gel/shampoo for 2 people, 2 nights (the toiletries in the property photos are not the same with what you get) The wine glasses which appear in the property photos, are missing from the place No coffee for the coffee machine No slippers available on property althought they sale the apartment as a 4 stars service We had a little family of ants in the bathroom Not at all a cozy apartment as the walls are very tall and mostly empty (especially in the bedroom) and it's not warm enough Check-out at 10 o'clock

Washing machine not working properly. No tabs for the washing machine. The pillows were not comfortable.
