Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

A localização, para mim, foi incrível. Santa Cruz é uma vila calma, longe de turismo, ficamos mais próximos dos locais. O apartamento tinha tudo o que precisamos para estar confortáveis, com acesso a garagem, todos os eletrodomésticos necessários. A vizinhança é super calma e sempre que tivemos alguma dúvida, foram sempre muito simpáticos.

Não foi não gostar, mudava o tamanho das camas, mas não foi nada que afetasse a experiência.

Lage war gut und war nahe dem Zentrum

Die angegebene Adresse war nur der Name der Gasse !!!!!!!!!!!!! Wir haben eine Stunde gesucht da es ein Appartement in einem Wohnblock ist und keinen Namen hat . Eine Hausnummer wäre da sehr hilfreich.

Localisation is good. Santa Cruz was not crowded. Close to highway. Rooms clean. All equipment on place, evend drier for clothes. So you can easily wash if needed. Not comparible to other apartments in this price (in a good way). For next visit it will be my first choice. Landing or starting planes was no issue. You can hear them, but for a very short time.

"Spacious apartment on a perfect location"

Really nice, clean, well-equipped and spacious apartment on a perfect location in Santa Cruz. Easy to reach the airport, as well as all other touristic attractions at Madeira island. Funchal is not far from that place, and there are many regular daily buses. Having a parking place in a garage is really advantage. All my recommendations!
