El trato del personal con el cliente todos muy atentos y educados, y la comida muy rica .

Que me dijeran que si dejaba solo mi camastro por mas de una hora podrian quitarmelo y darselo a otro cliente 😒

La comida y las bebidas, personal muy amable.

Tenían 3 elevadores y solo funcionaban 2, lo que hacía que en ocasiones uno esperara mucho para poder tomar el elevador. La piscina era muy pequeña y chaparra y no se podía nadar a gusto

el servicio del hotel es excelente, la atencion de todo el personal es de lujo, todos sonrien, te tratan super bien, es un hotel que constantemente estan manteniendo limpio, el horario de las albercas cierra un poco temprano, 7 pm, estaria bien un par de horas mas, pero la vdd es que no afecta en mucho , mas que pa los peques, recomiendo 100% el hotel, la comida muy rica, aunque podrian tener mas variedad, pero estar rico. 10 de 10, si regreso.

el agua de la alberca de los niños, la que tiene juegos, está HELADA jajaja
