Studio Flat, Close to Perth City Centre

Quiet and comfortable. Every facility you could want in a studio flat and a 20 minute walk away from the centre. Key pickup was very quick and the checkout process was likewise. Shop is right downstairs so getting groceries is easy.

Nothing too major, the fridge was set too low and actually froze the milk that I bought. Other than that, no complaints.

5 minutes from food stores and easy access to trunk roads. I would avoid the city centre if possible.

My greatest disappointment was parking. The parking provided, was not private, not allocated, or even street parking. It was a piece of waste ground, about 200 metres away. I was told plenty of spaces, this is not the case. It's crowded,used by commuters. The heating is switched on by opening the radiator valves. The kitchen utensils, were the saddest, I have come across . We had to borrow a wine glass from Wetherspoons ( could somebody take it back). I did expect more than one set of towels per week. The kitchen and bathroom floor squeak, horribly. The state of the shower would make Heath Robinson embarrassed . The owners, I feel, have not put their heart and soul into this venture, which with a more detailed internal assessment, could provide suitable, city accommodation. As it is, it falls short of that. Not for us, we will not be back.
