A beautiful old hotel in a fantastic location. You really sense the history of the place and the owners have kept to the old traditions.

Climbing the stairs but was well aware it is an old building so no lift. The breakfast was exceptional with a grazing platter. Beautifully presented. Staff were so pleasant and helpful. The rooms were well-appointed and spotlessly clean.

Lovely old property with lots of character. Very central to Ripon and local shops and restaurants.

Location of plugs and a mirror were not great when trying to dry hair. Only one coat hanger.

Breakfast was exceptional

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was exceptional particularly the tasting menu which was a fantastic dining experience. Breakfast was unusual in as much as there was no need to choose anything as the chef provided both a continental and cooked breakfast. Very tasty even though we couldn’t do it justice.

Everything was excellent. We have no complaints about anything.

Uncomfortable bed.

Lots of chatacter and atmosphere and a change from a mainstream hotel. The breakfast was a lovely dining experience all served to the table and excellent quality products.

The beer sign at the gate way to the property.- not in keeping with location or what the property is trying to convey.
